Cable Modem Drivers & Guides
Although not every customer has the same type of cable modem, the steps necessary to get online with Southern Vermont Cable are virtually similar. On most modems, there is a "Cable" or "Sync" light. This light must be on and solid for your Internet connection to work. Please check your cable television before calling technical support if your light is not on and solid. A power outage somewhere other than your home may effect your cable.
